With more than 19 years of experience, she is asssociate of the Firm, head of the Intellectual Property and Foreign Investment Department.
Adriana Burgos works under the honesty, professionalism, ethics and commitment principles, making sure the wellbeing and legal protection of each one of her clients, executing comprehensive strategies on intellectual, corporate, tax and foreign investment matter.
Likewise, she represents national and foreign clients on matters related to Intellectual Property matter in and out of the Mexican territory, mainly focused on trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyrights, self-image, privacy data, e-commerce and administrative litigation.

Her wide experience has allowed her to be member of Intellectual Property associations, among them, the Asociación Mexicana para la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual A.C. (AMPPI) since 2017, actively participating in the Distinctive Signs and Geographic Indications Committee; Information Technologies and Communications Committee and of the Contentious Committee.
She has achieved outstanding achievements throughout her professional life in and out of the Mexican territory, as being awarded with scholarships to study different courses in the Worldwide Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland; and a master degree offered by the Organization in Buenos Aires, Argentina; she was also a practitioner in the Spanish Patents and Trademarks Office (SPMO).

- Master´s degree in Intellectual Property and Innovation by the Universidad de San Andrés in cooperation with the Worldwide Intellectual Property Organization and INPI, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Postgraduate degree in National Waters by the Mexican Bar Association.
- Expert in Administrative Justice by the Federal Court of Administrative Justice.
